Pan Grill

Another version of the Happy Grill…

I’ve taken a component of the Happy Grill and did a minor modification so a frying pan could function as a grill.  Below are pictures of meat grilled with this Happy Grill—Pan Model placed in a 10.25 inch cast iron skillet heated normally on an electric kitchen range… or… on a propane camp stove.  When done grilling… simply pick up the Happy Grill—Pan Model from the skillet and you have a heated pan to fry those eggs… heat those tortillas… or whatever you want with your steak!

Cooking times and doneness on a little thinner steaks are similar to the original Happy Grill.

On the Trail… real food for real people!

2BA tip I’ve learned from other grillers and meat packers is to brush meat with a good quality olive oil as you’re grilling.  I’ve also used butter.  This meat was brushed with  extra virgin olive oil as it was flipped on the grill.

3No brushing with olive oil… just seasoned.

There’s meat… then there’s the Richest of food… nourishment for True healing.

27 Work not for the food which perisheth, but for the food which abideth unto eternal life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him the Father, even God, hath sealed. 28 They said therefore unto him, What must we do, that we may work the works of God? 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. (ASV) John 6:27-29

And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.  Matthew 4:3-4
